redelivery fees
Due to several recent issues with parcels being returned I will be asking Rob, our web guy, to add something to the T&C in our FAQ. If customers are at fault (like going on holiday in one case for 2 weeks or flat mates not mentioning attempted delivery cards in others) we will have little choice but to ask them to pay for a redelivery fee. Profits on our products are small and we pay for the item going out AND again if it's returned. Resending more or less wipes out any profit we make. However, when either we or our carriers (usually DHL) are at fault we absorb the loss.
